Among the customers that joined Vigilant in 2015 are: Domaine Serene, makers of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines in Dayton, Ore.; Port Townsend Paper Corporation, producers of Kraft pulp, paper, containerboard and specialty products; Specified Fittings, the largest pure pipe fittings fabricator in North America; Munirs Company, a restaurant chain with locations throughout California, and Kaady Car Washes, environmentally-friendly car washes serving Oregon, Washington and California.
In recent years, Vigilant has witnessed increased demand for its core services of employment law, workers’ compensation and safety from companies throughout the western states. In addition, clients have shown interest in new services such as Vigilant Leadership Advantage, an employee leadership development course that emphasizes group learning and on-the-job experience.
