LONDON--The Valence Group has advised INEOS Group AG on its sale of INEOS Styrenics, a producer of high quality expandable polystyrene for the building, construction and packaging industries, to Synthos S.A., one of the largest chemical companies in Poland and the CEE region.
Completion of the transaction is likely to occur in the second half of 2016, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
