DALLAS--Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN) today announced that W. Relle Howard has joined Trinity as Vice President, Chief Information Officer; Brian D. Madison has joined the Company as President, Trinity Industries Leasing Company; and Bryan P. Stevenson has been promoted to Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Secretary.
Mr. Howard joined Trinity in February 2016. He was previously Vice President of Information Technology at Flowserve Corporation. Prior to his service at Flowserve Corporation, Mr. Howard served as the Manufacturing Information Technology Director for Celanese Chemicals, held several operation and technology-related roles while employed at Alcatel, and served in the United States Army, 1st Cavalry Division, Ft. Hood, Texas. Mr. Howard received an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and earned a B.S. in Management and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Mr. Madison joins Trinity from KeyBank, where he was Executive Vice President at Key Equipment Finance, overseeing manufacturer and vendor alliances across information technology, healthcare, government, industrial and water and clean energy market segments. He brings with him more than 25 years’ experience in financial services working with leading equipment manufacturers and software providers to provide customer focused solutions. Prior to KeyBank, Mr. Madison was General Manager of Microsoft Financing. He has held extensive senior level responsibilities in commercial finance at Citigroup, Mellon Bank and GE Capital. Mr. Madison earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Mr. Stevenson joined Trinity in 2015 and has served as Associate General Counsel and Secretary. Previously, Mr. Stevenson was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc.. At U.S. Auto Parts, he oversaw all of the company’s legal efforts. Before joining U.S. Auto Parts, he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Blockbuster, Inc., which he joined as Senior Corporate Counsel in 2004. Before joining Blockbuster, Mr. Stevenson worked at the law firm of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, LLP in its Dallas office. Mr. Stevenson earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School and undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University.
