Hancock Elementary was one of only four elementary schools in the state recognized for overall achievement by the Maryland School Performance Program. Hancock Police Chief T.J. In Chesapeake Beach, the elementary school is located on Bayside Road, a state highway in Calvert County, Maryland. Located on a 10 acre campus including nature trails, Beach Elementary is designated as one of the Maryland Governor's Green Schools.
