WATERFORD, N.Y.--MPM Holdings Inc. (“Momentive” or the “Company”) today announced that at the conclusion of several constructive meetings over the past few days, Momentive representatives and CWA executive leadership reached a tentative agreement for a new national contract. This tentative agreement is fully endorsed by the IUE-CWA, the presidents and executive boards of the Local Unions (81359, 81380 and 84707), and Momentive. Union membership will have the opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement early next week.
