SAN JOSE, Calif.--INNOViON Corporation and Thompson Support Services, Inc. (TSS) announced today an agreement for INNOViON to acquire TSS’s ion implant service business.
Tim Townley, CEO of INNOViON, stated, “We are very pleased to announce this acquisition. TSS’s expertise and equipment set is largely focused toward high energy implanting, a focal area of INNOViON’s business that is rapidly growing. We will work closely with TSS’s customers as we systematically transition the tools and activity to our San Jose, CA facility over the coming months.”
Both companies will work together to ensure a smooth transfer and ongoing support for their customers.
