TUCKER, Ga.--GMS Inc. (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $21.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares of its common stock. Shares of the Company’s common stock are expected to begin trading on May 26, 2016 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “GMS.” The offering is expected to close on June 1, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
