CARROLLTON, Texas--Daifuku Elite Line Services (ELS) received award of the maintenance service contract for the Baggage Handling System and Passenger Boarding Bridges at Dayton International Airport (DAY) . This project, the company’s second startup of 2017, has been transitioned into the ELS Service Program.
The contract is for a duration of five years, with the responsibility of operating and maintaining a Daifuku Logan Baggage Handling System comprised of 2,600 linear feet of conveyor, 5 high speed diverters and 2 make-up units. ELS has also been entrusted with planned maintenance inspections for the airport’s 13 Passenger Boarding Bridges.
