Bilsing Automation North America has announced the availability of its new generation PF series vacuum cups for the press shop, tailored for automotive industry sheet metal applications. Bilsing’s new cup design offers better holding capability, which improves servo press performance and forming technology-speed through the ability to run higher stroke rates for increased productivity.
New vacuum cups are designed to improve productivity in sheet metal applications.
These new bright yellow cups are formed with a cleat-type tread design that offer high absorption of transverse forces as well as helping to disperse oils from the sheet metal surface to enhance the gripping capability. Additionally, the cups can adapt to various part geometry and materials, handling both steel and aluminum sheets. The cups feature a stiff head with a profile structure that resists deformation as well as offering stability and durability.
