Cincinnati, Ohio-based business improvement firm Amend Consulting says it is opening a new division geared toward helping companies engage employees and create development opportunities.
Amend managing partners David Velie and Craig Todd have been working with self-help author and speaker Matthew Kelly to launch Amend Dream Manager, an expansion of Kelly's successful Dream Manager business consulting program.
The trio's vision is to reach midmarket size companies with Kelly's style of leadership and life coaching.
“This program drives the bottom line by enabling people to become the best version of themselves while engaging them to be part of a team focused on business results,” Velie said.
Kelly already markets Dream Manager to larger businesses through his Chicago-based Floyd Consulting firm. Demand for the program has been strong since the release of his best selling book by the same name.
Floyd Consulting charges several thousand dollars a year per employee for Dream Manager consulting. To make the program affordable for midmarket companies, Amend and Kelly have developed a scalable version.
“We're seeing great traction with companies through this approach,” Velie said
Amend and Kelly will officially launch the new division in July. Their goal is to perfect the program in the Cincinnati area and then sell the franchise rights.
