Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. Acquires Henkel's Corrosion Engineering Division

JACKSON, Miss.--()--Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc., announced today the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Henkel Corporation's Corrosion Engineering Division located in Lester, Pennsylvania. Effective December 10, 2011, the acquired business group will become a part of Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc.'s ErgonArmor division under the new name and identity Corrosion Engineering.

Existing Corrosion Engineering sales and support staff will remain in place as they become a division of ErgonArmor.
